Nick Perchard, Founder and Managing Director

 

Setting up Perchard & Co was inspired by Nick's passion for building with wood. Using sustainably sourced timber is a key part of the company's ethos. 

 

Nick spent many years honing his skills as a green oak framer. He has subsequently managed the production of timber frames on projects ranging from garden studios to multi-million pound oak frame houses.

 

"I love the whole process of working with a client on a building right from the initial idea through the design and construction processes. For me it doesn't matter whether it's a garden workshop or a large-scale development.

 

"Working with people to turn their ideas into a tangible design and then creating and ultimately seeing the finished building, it's quite a wonderful thing."

 

 

The Team

Perchard & Co has a team of highly skilled carpenters. We also have developed a close network of trusted architects, planning consultants, engineers and tradespeople from all disciplines.
